How long will it take for my order to ship from the warehouse?
All orders are managed by the warehouse and picked up by couriers within 48 working hours of receiving the order confirmation.
How many days will it take for my purchase to arrive at home?
We know you can't wait to receive your new purchase! However, we ask that you allow up to 48 hours for your order to ship, as each order is hand-prepared by a member of our team and undergoes a quality check. It is then prepared and packaged for shipping. As soon as your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Your package will be delivered directly to your home in approximately 15-20 business days, barring unforeseen circumstances.
Where are our warehouses?
We are present on the market and are constantly looking for new products to offer you. Our merchandise is currently MADE IN: United States, Singapore, Netherlands, Russia, PRC, and India, depending on the item purchased.
What happens if there's no one home to accept the delivery?
If you are not home to accept delivery of your order, the courier will leave you a notice of attempted delivery. Keep the notice and go to the post office indicated on the postcard the courier left you. Please remember that packages must be collected no later than 10 days from the date indicated on the attempted delivery postcard left by the post office. If the package is not collected within this timeframe, it will be returned to the sender without further notice. Le Coccinelle is not responsible if the package is returned to the warehouse due to the customer's failure to collect it. If the customer decides to return the item, Le Coccinelle will charge a shipping fee of €10 per item. If the customer opts for a refund, Le Coccinelle will refund the amount minus €10 for handling costs. Le Coccinelle reminds you that the tracking number is very important not only for tracking and monitoring shipment and delivery but also to verify whether the package has been placed in storage.
If I don't receive the package within the agreed time, what should I do?
Has it been 45 business days and you still haven't received your purchase? We hope not! ...but if this happens, please send us an email at infolecoccinelleshop@gmail.com and be sure to include your name/surname and order number. Please specify "Order Not Received" in the subject line of the email, and we'll do our best to help you. In the rare cases where packages are lost, we'll issue an immediate refund for the full amount you paid, or we'll work together to find the best solution for you.
I purchased more than one item but only received one. Why?
Items from the same order may ship from different warehouses. In this case, you may receive one or more shipments. Each shipment has a tracking number, so you'll always be able to track your deliveries.
Do I have to pay customs duties or VAT on the products I purchase?
Once the package reaches its destination, it may be subject to customs inspections or VAT. In these extremely rare cases, there may be additional charges that will be paid by the buyer. But you'll see, everything will be fine! With years of experience, we know our job well.
** Additional Notes: Shipping times are estimated. This means that Le Coccinelle is not responsible for delays due to force majeure. For example: technical problems, delays due to couriers handling shipping/sorting, holidays (e.g., Chinese New Year), weather conditions, etc.
*** Please note that during the months of January and February, due to the Chinese New Year, all deliveries may be delayed by approximately 20/25 additional working days, which cannot be predicted at the time of purchase.
