Exchanges and Returns

Le Coccinelle accepts returns or size exchanges no later than 14 days after receiving the order. Items must be returned at the buyer's expense, unless the item is non-compliant/defective, only with prior written authorization and acceptance from Le Coccinelle. The return address will always be provided in writing by Le Coccinelle. Return shipments must be tracked (other shipping methods will not be accepted).

If the item is non-compliant/defective, the shipping costs will be borne by Le Coccinelle. For multiple orders, Le Coccinelle may provide one or more addresses depending on whether the items received come from the same warehouse or different warehouses.
Le Coccinelle will ask the customer to send via email photos of the item received, highlighting its defect/non-conformity.
WARNING: “I don't like it,” “I don't like it,” “it smells bad,” “the color is slightly different from the photo,” etc. are not sufficient evidence to consider an item defective/non-compliant.

For both returns and size exchanges, the item must be returned in perfect condition, including the original packaging/case and tag. It must not have been washed, worn, odorless, or damaged in any way. Items must be appropriately packaged in the same packaging received or, alternatively, in similar packaging suitable for transport. Should any of the above requirements be breached, Le Coccinelle reserves the right to refuse the return/size exchange request. Returns and size exchanges take approximately 60 days from the date the order is received.

How do I return an item?
1 – Contact our customer service at infolecoccinelleshop@gmail.com for your return
2 – Our customer service will contact you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
3- You will be provided with a return address and informed of the conditions to be respected in order to make the return.
4- You will be contacted again by our customer service as soon as the return is received at the warehouse in order to find the best solution together.
5- It usually takes 20 to 30 days to receive your return at the warehouse where the goods originated.
6 - Le Coccinelle reserves the right to accept returns shipped only via tracked shipping.
